INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

Individual therapy is a one-on-one process with a licensed therapist who supports you while honoring you as the expert of your own life. TRAUMA-INFORMED CARE

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a type of therapy that helps you heal from painful experiences. Instead of just talking, EMDR changes how your brain handles upsetting memories, easing strong emotions, negative thoughts, and physical stress. For example, it can help with trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, panic attacks, eating disorders, partner violence, and OCD. EMDR can make you feel stronger, clearer, and calmer. Hey, I am Regina!

Becoming Whole Counseling LLC was created from my years of walking alongside clients and witnessing a shared longing to reconnect with their true, authentic selves and to feel a sense of belonging. Again and again, I saw how healing deepens when people feel understood, supported, and connected.

I am a mental health counselor for people 14 and older. I have a Master’s in Science and Education with a specialization in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from IUSB and help with depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, life changes, relationships, career issues, school adjustments, BIPOC, and LGBTQIA+ topics.

My vision in creating this practice is to offer a space where individuals can explore who they are, navigate life’s transitions, and grow into adulthood with confidence and self-compassion. While this season of life can feel lonely or overwhelming at times, you don’t have to face it on your own. Starting therapy with me is a strong step toward discovering your strengths, transforming shame into self-kindness, and turning coping into real healing. I am here to support you on your journey towards wholeness.

After you request virtual-only therapy and schedule, you’ll get a private link to join from a computer, tablet, or phone, no special software required. We will meet in real time for the same supportive, personalized care, so you can work on your goals from your own space with your privacy protected.

    Individual Therapy 53-60 minutes: $200

    Individual Therapy 38-45 minutes: $170

    Individual Therapy 16-37 minutes: $125
